Work with us

At Create, we work with a wide range of businesses, organisations and other social enterprises to support people back to work. We’re always on the look out for new partnerships and opportunities.

Get involved

Partnership is at the heart of everything we do at Create. If you can provide work experience and job opportunities for our Academy graduates, we can guarantee you a great set of new employees.

All our trainees receive the support and skills they need to make sure that they are job-ready, confident and prepared for entering the workplace. By working with you, we can offer them a fantastic opportunity and make sure that you have a smooth, rewarding recruitment process.

As well as providing employment for our graduates, you can work with us by:

  • providing skills training and mentoring
  • buddying up with one of our trainees to offer one to one help
  • bring your team and work on site with us for a day’s team building.

Your work with Create may also contribute to your organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility commitments. We know that there is a growing awareness of social disadvantage and increasing concerns about people living on the margins of society. Working with Create gives you and your business an opportunity to get involved in the solution.

A working example: Morrisons

Morrisons have worked with us at Create to craft a training programme that supports people into employment. The aim is to get 1,000 people through our Academy and working in store at Morrisons.

Starting in Leeds, the first graduates have already joined the shop-floor workforce at the supermarket’s new store in Harehills, one of the most deprived areas of the city.

This commitment from and partnership with Morrisons have been hugely successful and have an extremely bright and successful future. We need more companies to come forward and make that same commitment.

We have a commitment to retraining people from all sections of the community, helping people to realise their potential whatever their background.

Not part of a company?

If you’re not part of an organisation but think that you could help or work with Create in some way, don’t hesitate to contact us.

And, of course, you could become one of the most important group of people: our customers. Without customers for our catering service or restaurant, we can’t achieve our social mission to help those furthest from the job market return to employment.

So please come on board and become a customer. Think of the occasions in your life in which food plays a part and take the opportunity to call on Create’s experience, expertise and exceptional food.

Get in touch

If you would like to work with Create, all you need to do is get in touch by emailing info@createfoundation.co.uk or phoning 0113 394 6120. If you’d like to come and see us in person, or see our Academy in action, you’re always more than welcome.
