How to know what you don’t yet know...

14 January 2013

Most importantly, your lack of knowledge should never stop you starting. There is never a day when I don’t come across something I don’t know, that could help improve my business. I guess now I just admit it a lot quicker and work smarter, harder and faster at filling in the gaps in my knowledge…

In the Arena

05 November 2012

I have to say that I am usually a pretty up-beat and positive person. As a team we discipline ourselves to use positive word sets, to speak as optimistically as we can in any situation in order to build that positive culture throughout our business.

Parlez vous…

06 February 2011

Thank you Mr Cameron

01 December 2010

This week I received a letter and a certificate from David Cameron to say he had been aware of CREATE for a while and was delighted to announce that we were the second winner of the Big Society Award, a scheme he launched a couple of weeks ago.
